Also very late. Been trying to adhere to curly girl methods - some good days, others really not great.
I've been thinking that maybe my hair prefers damage in order to curl....more on that next month.

I think I may only have pictures of me with a large bun. Yeah. I'll just leave this here. I didn't actually end up going to Devachun.

Monthly Review #40

So I got conditioner - both regular and a leave in. It's nice - makes my hair more shiny and nourished looking. But after a few washes it started to weigh my hair down into straight up waves - no curls. Maybe I'm using too much? Maybe I should only condition every other shower? Oh well. I inherited like half full bottles so I'll finish them then use the ones my aunt got from devacurl that she's decided not to use.

I really do love my long hair - it's more work to take care of but it feels like the real me. I would like to straighten my hair one of these days to see just how long it's gotten.
